The GGC injury policy applies for Members experiencing long periods of incapacity within the membership year for which their fees have already been paid (including those who pay via direct debit).
Any member having already paid their fees, but experiencing an absence from the course for a minimum of 6 months can apply to the Board in writing for a credit against the fees due at renewal the following membership year. It is imperative to let the office know as soon as the condition arises. The dates of incapacity will be verified using the booking system and will start on the date of the last game played.
Any credit given will be at the Board’s discretion. The Board’s decision will be relayed at the earliest possible time and any credit given will be applied to the following year’s membership invoice.
