If you are new to golf and need to build your ability and confidence, then the Academy is the place to start.

Our Director of Golf and PGA professional, Andy Kirk will work with you on your technique and prepare you for full participation in this great social game.

Open to all adults over 18 years of age, the Academy offers:

Lessons

Ten, individual 30-minute golf lessons.

Use Of Practice Facilities

Academy members can use the practice facilities at any time and benefit from free range balls.

Membership

The Academy programme is designed to last a maximum of one year, during which time you will be actively encouraged to apply for full club membership in an appropriate category if signed off as ‘course ready’.

It is at the Director of Golf’s discretion as to when an Academy member is ready for full membership. Once the Academy membership has been completed, a discount for Ladies may be applicable for a full membership category.
