For many golfers who have played Guildford Golf Club all year round, the following will be known to you. If you are new to the course, you may be surprised to learn that we have spectacular views that take in the Wembley Arch on the 6th hole, the Post Office Tower (the 4th), Guildford Cathedral (the 18th), planes coming in and taking off at Heathrow (the 3rd) and panoramic views of the Surrey countryside.

Guildford Golf Club has the best natural drainage system of any golf club in the country. When other clubs struggle with wet weather, boggy fairways, soggy bunkers and the usual problems of temporary greens and course closures - we don't. So whilst Guildford Golf Club is a joy to play in the summer months, it is exceptional in Autumn, Winter and Spring.  Members experience significantly more golfing days throughout the year, playing on normal greens, than all other clubs in the region.
