Whether you are looking for a Private Function, Conference, Wedding or Meeting Venue, Guildford Golf Club can accommodate all your requirements! The new Clubhouse was officially opened in 1998 by Peter Alliss and enhanced the character of the original Victorian building, while providing additional areas and modern meeting and party facilities.

The Lounge Bar adjoins the restaurant and offers a full bar facility in comfortable surroundings, leading out to the south facing patio which overlooks the downs and is a sun trap on summer afternoons.

The Restaurant can accommodate 100 seated or 150 buffet style, and offers high levels of comfort with views onto the Downs.

Our newly refurbished Gallery Bar is located on the second floor and is ideal for private functions, parties conferences and meetings. It also has a balcony to sit and enjoy the views over the Downs and the 18th hole. The Gallery Bar can accommodate 40 seated and 80 to 100 buffet style.

CATERING

The Clubhouse has a modern and fully equipped kitchen that allows us to offer a wide range of menus.   Our Head Chef Len Shanks and his team can meet and exceed all your catering requirements!  All our dishes are prepared fresh on site from the finest local produce and served by experienced and friendly staff.

Our Front of House team is led by Chris Charge.  Whether it is a private party, wedding, conference, business breakfast or any other function we  have the knowledge and ability to make it a very special and memorable event.  We welcome and encourage your input on putting the whole event together, as well as choosing and designing menus for any function.
